Postage & Handling: The website gives you a price for postage.
If paying by bank deposit or cheque You must not transfer any money
until you are contacted by phone or email with the total amount owing.
(You must complete all payment details for the order to be processed)
The handling fee covers the postpack and any other packaging
involved with completion of order.
Returning Items: Items can be returned if damaged or shipped in error; credit will be given automatically.
Credit will not be given for a change of mind or for goods purchased more than two months previous to the invoice date.
New Customers: Initial orders will be processed on a pro forma basis, ie. an invoice will be sent and the
account must be paid prior to shipping. Goods will be held for a maximum of two weeks from the invoice date,
after which the order will be cancelled.
